1. Introduction

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

xophjili is operated for and targeted at players in the Philippines. Players must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is legally permitted at the time of placing bets or playing games. It is your responsibility to verify that your use of xophjili complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each player may hold only one active xophjili account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, the same mobile number, or any other method — is strictly prohibited. Multiple accounts discovered will be merged or closed and any associated bonuses forfeited.

2.4 Accurate Registration Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, and mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information updated. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of balance.

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your xophjili login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. xophjili will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support immediately at support@xophjili.net.

3.2 Account Activity

All activity occurring under your account credentials is your responsibility. This includes bets placed, games played, deposits made, and withdrawal requests submitted. If you suspect unauthorised activity, report it to xophjili immediately. We cannot reverse bets placed under your credentials unless clear evidence of third-party fraud is established.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive. xophjili may apply an inactivity administration fee to inactive accounts as set out in current fee schedules. You will be notified before any fee is applied. Reactivating your account by logging in stops the inactivity clock immediately.

3.4 Account Closure

You may close your xophjili account at any time by contacting support. Any outstanding balance will be returned to your registered withdrawal method after verification. Self-exclusion requests are handled separately and are detailed in the Responsible Gaming Policy.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Currency

All transactions on xophjili are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). Amounts displayed on the platform, on bet slips, and in account statements are always in PHP. No currency conversion is applied.

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods

xophjili accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay (deposits only), BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank Online, InstaPay and PESONet bank transfers, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. The availability of specific methods may change and is shown in the deposit/withdrawal section of your account.

4.3 Minimum and Processing Times

• Minimum deposit: ₱100
• Minimum withdrawal: ₱100
• Deposit processing: typically instant for e-wallets; up to 1 banking day for bank transfers
• Withdrawal processing: 5–15 minutes for GCash and Maya; up to 1 banking day for bank transfers

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests may be subject to identity verification prior to first processing. xophjili reserves the right to request documentation confirming the ownership of the payment method used for deposits before releasing withdrawal funds. Funds deposited via a specific payment method will generally be returned via the same method where technically possible.

4.5 Deposits Must Be Personal Funds

You must only deposit funds that belong to you personally. Use of third-party payment methods not registered in your name is prohibited. Funds suspected of originating from illegal activities will be reported to appropriate authorities and the relevant accounts closed.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on xophjili are subject to our acceptance. xophjili reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion without providing a reason. This includes situations where a player is suspected of exploiting errors, using automated betting tools, or engaging in any form of arbitrage or advantage play that exploits platform vulnerabilities.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum bet amounts vary by game and market. For slot games, the minimum bet per spin starts at ₱1 on qualifying titles. For sports betting and sabong markets, minimum stakes and maximum bet limits are displayed on the relevant market or game screen before your bet is confirmed.

5.3 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant event, match, fight, or game outcome as determined by the relevant official body, venue, or certification authority. xophjili uses official results only and does not settle based on unofficial or preliminary results. In the event of disputes about official results, xophjili's decision — made after investigation — is final.

5.4 Cancelled Events

If an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before completion, xophjili will void all bets related to that event and return stakes to players' balances. Exceptions apply where sufficient rounds or periods have been completed to determine an official result under the relevant governing body's rules, in which case bets are settled on that result.

5.5 Errors and System Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or obvious pricing error that results in a bet being placed at an incorrect price, xophjili reserves the right to void such bets and return stakes. Winnings arising from clear errors — such as odds many multiples higher than the correct market price — will not be paid and the bets will be voided. xophjili is not responsible for losses incurred due to interrupted connectivity on the player's side.

5.6 Responsible Gambling Integration

All games on xophjili use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent testing laboratories. Slot game RTP figures are published in-game and reflect theoretical long-run return rates, not guaranteed session outcomes. Sabong results reflect live events and are determined by the outcome of the actual fight.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

6.3 One Bonus Per Promotion Per Player

Each bonus or promotion is available once per player, per eligible period, unless otherwise specified. 6.4 Refer a Friend Programme

Referral rewards will not be credited for self-referrals or fraudulent referrals.

6.5 Bonus Abuse

xophjili reserves the right to withhold, adjust, or claw back bonus funds and associated winnings if it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets (e.g., hedging on both outcomes) solely to clear wagering requirements, exploiting promotional terms through systematic play patterns, or coordinating with other players to extract bonus value.

7. Responsible Gaming

xophjili is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We recognise that for a small number of players, gaming can become problematic, and we take our obligations in this area seriously.

7.1 Player Tools

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on xophjili. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information
• Registering multiple accounts for any purpose, including bonus collection
• Using automated betting software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or scripts to interact with xophjili
• Colluding with other players to gain unfair advantage in card games or other competitive formats

• Attempting to launder money or proceeds of illegal activity through xophjili
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without authorisation

• Using xophjili from a jurisdiction where it is legally prohibited
• Engaging in chargeback fraud — disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider after receiving the corresponding gaming value

9. Intellectual Property

All content on xophjili — including but not limited to the platform name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, databases, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of xophjili or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use xophjili for personal gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any xophjili content without prior written authorisation. Unauthorised use of xophjili's intellectual property may result in legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

xophjili provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain continuous, error-free service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and accept no liability for disruptions caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to network outages, Philippine internet infrastructure limitations, natural disasters, or actions of third parties.

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, xophjili's aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim. xophjili is not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind.

Gambling involves financial risk. You acknowledge that the outcome of all bets and games is not guaranteed and that you may lose money. xophjili is not responsible for losses arising from normal gambling outcomes. Never bet more than you can afford to lose.

11. Privacy & Data

xophjili collects and processes personal data in connection with account registration, identity verification, payment processing, and platform operation. All data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

12. Amendments to These Terms

Your continued use of xophjili after the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with amended Terms, you should cease using the platform and close your account before the changes take effect. 13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. By registering and using xophjili, you submit to the jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any disputes that cannot be resolved through xophjili's internal complaint process.

13.2 Complaint Process

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, players are required to first submit a formal complaint to xophjili via support@xophjili.net. We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve it within 14 business days. Most disputes are resolved at this stage without the need for further escalation.

13.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or removed if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
